We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our organizing services. If you are not completely happy with the results, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work with you to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Refunds for organizing services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the issue and find an appropriate solution. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.
You may cancel or reschedule your organizing appointment with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. However, if you book a full organizing service within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your service package.
If we provide organizing products or storage solutions as part of your service package, these items may be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
In the event of severe weather or emergency situations that prevent us from providing services, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
